  • We put this application on the shelf and start on the next application until we receive the requested information.

  • No Negative Rental History

  • Income 3x Monthly Rent

  • 12 Months at The Current or Past Job

  • 12 Months at the Current or Past Residence

  • Criminal History Checked

  • Complete petscreening.com Application

  • Last Four (4) Weeks of Verifiable Paycheck Stubs

  • Three (3) months bank statements

  • Showing pay deposits

  • Showing rent payments​​
